You do not need to pack anything as One Moving packs your entire shipment. We bring all the packing materials, and our packing team will use the appropriate packing materials for the best possible protection of your items. We do not recommend customer-packed items due to insurance issues and because it is not done by a packing specialist.

It will depend on the volume (m³) of your shipment and will be informed by our sales team after the physical or virtual inspection of your shipment.

Insurance is not mandatory, however, we recommend purchasing it as there are some phases of the shipment where it will not be under the full supervision of One Moving, for example, Customs, Airlines, and Shipping Companies. In case of any loss, damage, or misplacement during one of these moments, as rare as it may be, you will be insured.
